The DORA Benchmark Survey explores how organizations across Europe are preparing for and implementing DORA using ServiceNow. The goal is to identify common practices, maturity levels, and challenges in aligning governance, risk, and operational resilience through the platform. By contributing, you’ll gain access to aggregated insights that show how other organizations are managing their Critical or Important Functions (CIFs), integrating Business Continuity Management (BCM), and building their Registry of Information within ServiceNow.
