Can context bring extra value beyond the system of record? (WHY)

What we want to find out: Whether the introduction of AI agents and a context (aware) layer produces a measurable improvement in IT efficiency (for example, MTTR, system downtime, change success rate) and business outcomes (for example, more revenue, reduced OPEX, better customer relationships), established by asking organizations to report the change they observed before VS after the adoption.

We want to examine the argument of “The organizations that established their context layer will outperform their peer in terms of IT efficiency and business outcomes.
