Provide an approximate number of applications/ services that were mapped during the Service Mapping project.
A Service Mapping project can be driven by regulatory needs or other motivations like improving risk analysis.
Here we mean what was the focus of mapping (e.g. type of applications mapped, technology stacks etc).
Here with complexity we mean how extensive was the Mapping.
Provide an approximate duration of the Service Mapping project.
Here support can mean to what extent management is involved in the project, e.g. participating in meetings, allocating resources, tracking the progress closely etc.
Provide an indication of to what extent your IT environment is outsourced.
Various stakeholders are involved during an implementation. Please indicate which stakeholders/teams were involved in your Service Mapping implementation and how much time have they approximately spent.
In case a stakeholder/ team was not involved, you can leave the question regarding its time estimation at the default value of 100 hours ~.
Select to what extent you worked around Service Mapping governance.
Give a rough indication based on your intuition.
Think of the end-2-end lifecycle, from initial meetings to mapping and pushing to production and launching the map.
You will later on be asked to specify the approximate time investment for these different Teams.

Provide an approximate estimation of time (hours) spent by the Service Owner(s)/ Application Manager(s). Total time spent in e.g. workshops, meetings, planning, project tasks etc.
Provide an approximate estimation of time (hours) spent by the Cloud Teams (AWS, Azure, VMWare etc.). Total time spent in e.g. workshops, meetings, planning, project tasks etc.
Provide an approximate estimation of time (hours) spent by the Application Teams (Databases, Application Layer, Configuration etc). Total time spent in e.g. workshops, meetings, planning, project tasks etc.
Provide an approximate estimation of hours spent by IT architects in tasks such as system design, infrastructure planning, technology evaluation, stakeholder coordination.
Provide a rough estimation of the total amount of time spent by external consultants or help. It can be hours, days, fte's etc.
Example: 400-500 hours.
Do not specify the name of the external consultants or the company. Indicate only the efforts of external consultants during the implementation.
